This easy program, consisting of 1 session per week for 10 weeks, should allow you to get in good physical condition. However, you must have a little water to ease this activity.
To familiarize yourself with exercise, each session lasts about 20 to 30 minutes, alternating sequences of active and passive recovery time. End of the program, the time will increase slightly sessions.
